In 2005, CITA started to have regular meetings with its Corporate Members; on average about 1 to 2 times a year. The objective is to exchange ideas and discuss specific issues with regard to vehicle roadworthiness inspection equipment, manufacturers and service providers.
Meetings are organized at the request of the CITA Secretariat or a CITA Corporate Member representative and subject to approval by the principal members of the CITA Corporate Members meetings. It is not necessary for all members to be present at a meeting. Other persons can participate on the invitation of the CITA Secretariat. Participants are invited by e-mail and the CITA Corporate Members meetings are announced on the CITA Events Calendar which can be consulted and downloaded on this website. Supporting documents, both current and previous, are also published and downloadable via the CITA website.
The meetings are chaired by the CITA Bureau Permanent Corporate Members Representative. Other participants are the CITA Executive Director and 1 or 2 representatives for each CITA Corporate Member.
