Decree on vehicle inspections in Brazil

Last 30 November the Brazilian Ministry of Cities / National Traffic Council has issued a new decree on vehicle inspections in Brazil.

This resolution establishes form and conditions for the implementation and operation of the Technical Vehicle Inspection Program in compliance with the provisions of art. 104 of Law 9,503 of September 23 – 1997, established in the Brazilian Traffic Code (CTB).
