Commission Delegated Directive (EU) 2021/1717
Yesterday (27/09/2021), the Official Journal of the European Union has published the amending Directive 2014/45/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the updating of certain vehicle category designations and the addition of eCall to the list of test items, methods, reasons for failure and assessment of deficiencies in Annex I and Annex III to that Directive.
Member States shall adopt and publish, by 27 September 2022 at the latest, the laws, regulations, and administrative measures necessary to comply with this Directive.
