A new CITA member from Belarus

Beltechosmotr main activities are the issuance of documents for the admission of vehicles registered in the Republic of Belarus to participate in traffic on the territory of the country, and the issuance of international documents for road carriers on the compliance of vehicles with the established requirements (including ADR).
