Usage of Personal Mobility Devices (PMDs), commonly referred to as e-scooters, saw a significant rise in urban areas over the past year. This surge has led to concerns over unregulated operation, particularly in aspects of safety. To address this, a comprehensive PMD Inspection Manual has been created. This guide aims to assist both public and private sectors in ensuring proper maintenance and safety standards for these vehicles.
