CITA RAG Europe Conference 2026 – Vilnius, Lithuania

The CITA RAG Europe Conference 2026, is taking place on 20–21 October 2026 in Vilnius, Lithuania.
Hosted exclusively in person and reserved for CITA Members, this conference will provide an excellent opportunity to exchange knowledge, discuss emerging challenges, and strengthen collaboration across the vehicle inspection community.
The event is kindly supported by our Members carVertical and the Lithuanian Association of Companies for Vehicle Technical Inspection TRANSEKSTA.
Throughout the two-day programme, the five CITA Topic Areas, together with their respective CITA Task Forces, will present their latest developments, ongoing activities and future priorities, including:
• Recent achievements and work completed
• Updates on the RWP
• Current regulatory and technical developments
• Emerging trends and other key topics impacting the vehicle inspection sector

Day 1 / Tuesday, 20 October 2026
- 10:00 – 17:00 = Conference Sessions
- 19:00 = Conference Dinner
Day 2 / Wednesday, 21 October 2026
- 09:00 – 12:00 = Conference Sessions
- 14:00 – 16:00 = Technical Visit hosted by TRANSEKSTA
📍 Conference Venue: AC Hotel Vilnius by Marriott: Vasario 16-osios St. 5 – Vilnius, Lithuania

🏚️ Promotional Exhibition Space: A very limited number of Promotional Exhibition Spaces will be available during the conference, providing Members with the opportunity to present products, services and initiatives related to vehicle inspection, compliance and mobility.
Applications for exhibition space must be submitted no later than Friday, 18 September 2026.
Please note that:
• Exhibition spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Applications received after the deadline cannot be guaranteed consideration.
• Once all exhibition spaces have been allocated, no additional applications will be accepted.

📣 Call for Presentations: CITA Members are invited to contribute to the conference program by submitting presentation proposals related to one of the five CITA Topic Areas. If interested, please submit presentation title and short abstract (brief description) to the CITA Secretariat no later than Friday, 2 October 2026.
