• The role of the Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency, another World Bank agency covering risks;
• The experience of the Spanish Traffic Directorate in the Twinning project with Algeria;
• The procurement process with the Multilateral Finance Institutions;
• And what is CITA doing about all the above.
