The webinar focuses on how to facilitate the safe adoption and consistent deployment of Personal Light Electric Vehicles (PLEV) within road traffic. PLEV are currently regulated in the EU as a personal consumer product and not as a road-going vehicle. As such, their design and build as well as their specific characteristics are not assessed or regulated according to road-going standards.
