The Road Safety Unit of the European Commission’s Directorate General for Mobility and Transport has just launched a campaign with TISPOL (the European Traffic Police Network) called “EDWARD –  the European Day Without A Road Death ”, which is scheduled for the 21st of September 2016, during the Mobility Week (16 – 22 September 2016).
