SUMMARY:CITA Webinar on AI (Members Only)
DESCRIPTION:CITA is actively contributing to the ongoing discussions on Artificial Intelligence within the framework of the UNECE WP.29. As risk-based AI guidance begins to take shape at international level\, it is essential that the perspectives of inspection\, approval and market surveillance authorities are clearly reflected. \nArtificial Intelligence is no longer a future consideration. It is already influencing regulated vehicle safety systems and inspection activities. From AI-supported driving functions to the potential integration of AI-based checks and ADAS verification within inspection lanes\, the regulatory and operational implications for our community are significant. \nThe evolving AI regulatory framework — including aspects such as transparency requirements\, validation methodologies\, lifecycle management\, and cybersecurity considerations — will directly affect both type approval processes and PTI. These developments require structured and coordinated input from the inspection community. \nTo address these challenges strategically\, CITA is organising a dedicated webinar: \n🗓 Date: 25 March / ⏰ Time: 10:00 CET /  CITA Zoom Channel \nPlease note that only registered members will receive the connection link. \n\nREGISTER HERE
