The meeting will take place in Hotel van der Valk on 27th October and in the RDW premises on the 28th. Major agenda items include the draft document “Effectiveness of supervision of PTI systems” delivered by the WG3 subgroup on Supervision.

Day 1) Thursday 27th October:

12:00 – 13:00 Lunch in Hotel van der Valk

13:00 – 18:00 WG3 meeting in Hotel van der Valk

20.00 Dinner in the city center of Zwolle

Day 2) Friday 28th October:

09:00 – 11.15 visit RDW inspection station in Zwolle

11.30 – 13:30 visit at PTI head office

13:30 – 14:30 lunch at the PTI head office

Transport and accommodation:

• Zwolle can easily be reached by train or car. There is a good direct train connection every 30 minutes between Amsterdam/Schiphol airport and Zwolle (http://www.ns.nl/en/journeyplanner/#/).
• There is a direct bus connection (line 29) between train station Zwolle/city centre and Hotel van der Valk. Alternatively a taxi will take about 15 minutes from the station/city centre.
• Hotel van der Valk is a new hotel with enough accommodation (€ 99,- including breakfast) in the North of Zwolle, https://www.hotelzwolle.nl/en/ .
